how can I order a gift card from East Side Mario's?

is it safe to order over the Internet?
Yes. Your credit card information can only be submitted via our secure server, which is certified by GeoTrust, Inc., the leader in web site security.
what if a gift card is lost or stolen?
Because gift cards are treated like cash, it is the cardholders’ responsibility to keep the card in a safe place. If your card is lost or stolen, we can attempt to cancel and replace the balance, but cannot guarantee we are able to do so. Please email srvice@eastsidemariosgiftcards.com with your original order number and card number(s).
can I change my order after I have placed it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. However, if required it can be cancelled. Please contact customer service at service@eastsidemariosgiftcards.com with your request and order number.
how is the order delivered?
Orders can be shipped either by UPS courier (signature required) or by Canada Post.
Please Note: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to be processed that business day. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day. For example, an order placed on Sunday should arrive at the recipient destination by Thursday.
